2019 Subject Selection

The 2019 Subject Selection process has started. Parents must be involved in the decision making process with their children.

Year 8 Orientation Evening - 8th August 4.15pm & 6.30pm

All prospective students and parents/caregivers are warmly invited to attend this special event.
(Note students may be enrolled at this event).
Hear what our College stands for, See what we have to offer, Where - Performing Arts Centre, 105 Windsor Road, Tauranga.
The Principal will address Parents and Students at two sessions - 4.15pm and 6.30pm. After the Principal's address we invite you to a guided tour of the College. You may attend whichever session best suits you. Enrolments will be accepted in the Library throughout the evening (please remember to bring a copy of the students birth certificate or Passport and/or Visa details with you).

Give Rowing a Go!

All Students interested in Rowing or Coxing are welcome to give it a go Saturday 11th August, 1pm–3pm, Sunday 12th August, 1pm–3pm or Saturday 18th August, 1pm–3pm.

E-Sport Update

Three teams from Otumoetai College have joined the New Zealand High School League of Legends competition: 1 Premier team and 2 Casual Teams. The competition runs for 7 weeks and will see teams pitted against other school teams from around the country. League of Legends is a computer game, played over the internet, where teams of 5 have to work together to defeat their opponents by destroying their base. Matches take place on Mondays from 5pm.
