    • Peer Support - Why We Do It

    Year 9’s
    To help new Y9 students to establish skills and relationships to adapt to a new school environment. Chance to meet new people, establish friendships with peers and with senior students. Contact with positive role models who can help them with issues during their first years at college.

    Year 13’s
    For seniors it aims to develop communication and leadership skills.
    Provides practical experience in self management and management of groups – develops skills in mentoring, coaching and planning. Opportunities to accept responsibility, providing guidance and support to younger students and to play a full and active role in school community.

    Clinic Hours are 8:30am until 3:20pm
    The Clinic is open throughout morning tea and lunch.
    Students are asked to come in break times to fill in a request form specifying who they wish to see.  Depending on the urgency of the appointment, Students are called accordingly by the required staff during the school day. Every effort is made to return the Students to class as soon as reasonably possible.
